Can I upload student/employee data in bulk via Excel?
Yes! Bulk Excel/CSV import is a core feature. You can upload your Excel sheet, map your columns to system fields, preview rows, and import thousands of records instantly.
Can every card have a unique QR code for verification?
Yes. Every generated card includes a unique, secure QR code pointing to `https://icardsoftware.com/verify/{token}`. Scanning the QR code with any smartphone camera instantly displays the verified card status without requiring login.
How do printable PDF card downloads work?
You can download individual CR80 standard card PDFs (85.6mm × 53.98mm), bulk ZIP archives of PDFs, or multi-card A4 sheets (1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 cards per page) ready for standard ID card printers.
What happens if a card is lost or damaged?
Click "Replace Card". The old card will be marked as REPLACED/INVALID, and a new active card with a new card number and unique QR token will be issued.
