1. Authorized Card Issuance
iCard Software is designed strictly for legitimate organizations, educational institutions, commercial enterprises, government authorities, and registered non-profits. All cards issued through the platform must represent authentic students, employees, contractors, or registered members of your entity.
2. Prohibited Activities & Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Generating fake ID cards, forged government credentials, or law enforcement badges.
- Uploading copyrighted logos, insignia, or seals without explicit authorization from the trademark owner.
- Using dynamic QR codes or NFC badges for deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonation purposes.
- Attempting to bypass photo privacy proxies or scrape member biometric assets.
3. Fair Usage Limits & System Resources
To ensure optimal printing performance and platform speed for all clients, accounts are subject to fair usage limits defined by their subscription tier (Max Members, Max Cards Generated Per Minute, and PDF Rendering Queue Threads).
4. Policy Compliance & Audits
iCard Software reserves the right to conduct automated compliance checks on card templates and verification audit logs to enforce identity integrity standards across the platform.
